In order to achieve our VISION, emphasis is placed on the building blocks of RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND SUPERVISION.

 

Potential employees are pre-screened to eliminate those with criminal or undesirable backgrounds, alcoholics, drugs addicts and bankrupts. Candidates are required to have a minimum standard of education and language and computer literacy would be an advantage.


With the image of our clients in mind, our guards are required to have a good appearance, be courteous and polite and be physically fit to perform the duties assigned.


Having taken great care in pre-screening and selection, we then commence a basic training program to be followed by regular refresher courses and advanced courses. No security officer is placed on assignments without this basic triaging or without full knowledge of his job responsibilities and duties including the special operating procedures of that particular assignment.
Our security officers are equipped with smart uniforms complete with all equipment necessary to carry out heir duties. As experienced officers are assigned to new posts, rookies are assigned to assist and understudy experienced officers in established posts.


Security Officers are constantly supervised by our patrolling officers and junior management. They are guided and corrected and continuously evaluated. Regular reports are given by our patrolling officers to our clients and our clients are required to evaluate our services on a regular basis so as to further improve our services. Security weaknesses or shortcoming are identified early and appropriate measures taken.
