A Bold Vision

Esprit Security Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in mid 1998. At the outset the Board of Directors had a bold vision – to be the best! Our first task was to assemble a team of professional and experienced managers whose mandate was to mould our organization into one of the foremost commercial security companies in Malaysia.

A market survey revealed several weaknesses and problems within the industry and the main cause was identified as the untrained and undisciplined guard force. Our priority was therefore on training and more training; in order to enable us to provide our clients with quality security services.

Today, we are proud to state that our decision to invest in training and supervision has been a wise one. We now have a guard force of close to 1500 men (and a handful of women too) serving almost 400 clients; and our growth has been meteoric and we expect to continue to do so.

In the near to medium term we intend to venture into value added security services involving trucking of high value cargoes, cash in transit and central monitoring services.

We have also directed our management team to give priority to customer services and our 24 hour customer hotlines are now operational.

With a dedicated management team backed by a trained guard force and with the support of our clients, we are confident of maintaining our position as one of the top commercial security companies in Malaysia.
